Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Sidelines Drug Impaired Truck Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has released its May report of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. All employers of commercial truck drivers are required to conduct queries in the Clearinghouse when hiring a new driver to see if the driver has previously failed a drug or alcohol test.
